First of all, the director is very calm and meticulous. I went in for a nose consultation, and they said I would not need an implant and could just use fat grafting plus ear cartilage. My septum is a little bent, but they said it is absolutely not at the level of needing work done on the bone. In fact, I did not know until the director told me. They said that if I went to another hospital and they told me to touch that, they would tell me not to do it. I was really glad they pointed out things I had not thought of, like a true nose expert.
