The director told me they would aim for the most natural result possible with no side effects. The more I looked into nose surgery, the more I wondered whether I should even do it, but the director clearly told me what I should not do and what I should do, so I trusted them. They looked at the overall harmony of my face and recommended surgery, so the consultation was satisfying. I have been holding off on surgery because my nose is very bulbous, and I do not think it will improve dramatically.
