The surgery cost was around 4 million won, give or take. The director was very kind and, just like the reviews said, he reassured me by saying that my nose was pretty and asking why I wanted surgery. Anyway, my nose really did need surgery, so he explained the plan well and said that after measuring my nose with a protractor, silicone was absolutely unnecessary. The online reviews I had seen were all very natural and I liked them, and I also liked that the surgery would use ear cartilage. But the reason I decided not to have surgery at this hospital was mostly because he was already older, so I did not know how long he would keep practicing.. When you have nose surgery, you have to live with the chance of complications, and I worried about whether he would still be there if I ever needed revision surgery because of a complication. T_T He would probably do a great job so that complications do not happen, though. If you do not have that worry, I strongly recommend him strongly strongly strongly.
