I had forehead reduction surgery. The suturing was so clean that even now, after the stitches were removed, the wound looks very good. I think the scar will be barely visible as time passes. But the clinic facilities were the worst among all the hospitals where I had surgery or procedures. Here, it’s not a 1.2-person room concept. Before surgery, you store your clothes and belongings in a locker and change in front of the locker with a curtain. The recovery room is also run as a group recovery room with three beds. Also, because the operating room and treatment room are connected, when you get dressings during surgery you can hear and see the surgical-related sounds of other patients next to you. And for forehead surgery, they provide shampoo service, but that room is narrow, and it’s used as a shampoo room, face-washing room, and powder room all together, with the shampoo station, vanity, and washbasin in the same space. So when drying my hair there was no chair, and I had to stand while drying it. While I was drying, the person next to me was washing up before surgery. I’m very satisfied with the surgery, and the director’s skill is truly flawless, but the clinic facilities clearly need urgent improvement.
