This was the first clinic I went to for a consultation. The facilities are good. The doctor is kind. But... their own opinions are very strong.
The consultation tends to follow the doctor's own view rather than the patient's words. They talk at length and have confidence in their skill, but.. The consultation feels like it is built around the idea that the doctor's words are truth.. During about an hour of consultation.. I felt like I was being dragged along.
Rather than feeling like something was solved, I came out feeling like... huh?? is this right?? It was the same on return visits..
It may suit some people very well, but proportionally it felt like they focused too much on a single style.
Rather than the ratio of each person's eyes and nose, the consultation is based on a specific ratio of the general person. So.. I thought some people might end up in trouble.
If you know your own face well before going, it might fit you well.. But making the chin long seems to be the style the doctor prefers.
The manager was overall satisfactory, but the consultation manager was on maternity leave, so .. just a staff member replaced them. They were blunt..
Overall, the doctor is humane and kind. But their own opinion is strong. The manager is absent, and it seems to be run by a substitute rather than a dedicated consultation manager..
The atmosphere is clean and it is right by the station, so the location is good.
