I had my chin done in two stages. I already had an implant, so they removed it and advanced the chin, about 12 mm. For the lengthening, the existing implant had been there for a long time, so to generate blood flow, they said we should do revision surgery after nerve regeneration? and then watched the bone-healing progress before doing the second lengthening. In the end, I am satisfied. My face shape became slimmer than before, and the overall balance feels better. Because my chin bone itself is very small, I do feel a little disappointed in the overall volume, but since it was done using my own jawbone, it still feels as natural as possible and pretty good. When I had a large implant in for a long time, I did not have wrinkles like walnuts? but these days I see a little when I clench my jaw. I think I may need filler later, and because my lips moved back after the chin work, they look a little smaller. My nerve feeling seems about 70 percent back? But it does not bother me that much.
