Well, first of all, my chin is neither an underbite nor a receding chin. But I did have cheekbone and square-jaw asymmetry. However, I was also told there was chin asymmetry, so I decided on contouring surgery for all three areas and had the operation. But even before surgery, when I looked at the face designs Dr. Park made, the chin was pushed too far forward and made too long;; I thought, surely my face design would not be like that? But that is how it turned out. Other than that, everything is fine. Looking at Dr. Park's postoperative photos, the chin gets extremely long and is pushed forward to the point that it feels a bit odd;; that is the part I really do not understand, so I am dissatisfied. I did not ask for either chin advancement or setback. I just wanted the left-right asymmetry corrected at my original chin position. During the consultation I was told it could be advanced or not advanced, but in the end it seems they used the design they wanted lol I think it is right to stop a patient if they make unreasonable requests, but I did not make any request, and they used the design they wanted. If it were my face, I would want them to do the design I want as long as it would not be a burden to my health, but that was not the case. So my chin became longer and came forward compared with before. It has been 7 months since the surgery.
