The director and the manager were both kind. The director consulted with me calmly and well. I do not remember exactly which director it was because it has been a while since I went for the consultation, but it was a person wearing glasses Anyway, that was how it was. I went because of my nose, and they explained everything well, which was nice. I ended up not having surgery here because I found a place I was more drawn to, but the consultation was good.
