My mom's eyelids were sagging, so I went with her for a consultation. It was a large hospital, so there was a bit of a wait, but the director calmly explained my mom's eye condition in detail and said that they would need to pull from under the eyebrows. The director was also kind all the way until the consultation ended, which I appreciated.
