The process went in this order: phone reservation - waiting - manager - director - manager, and there was no consultation fee. I tend to look at the staff's appearance, and there was no natural image that I wanted, so I hesitated a bit. The director was not exactly kind, but he was polite and decisive. He is not the type to force you into unnecessary things, so I think you can trust him and leave it to him. The consultation went on for quite a while, and he kept taking questions and explaining things. On my second visit, the consultation was short, but that was probably because I had fewer questions, so the explanations were shorter too. He seems like the kind of person who only tells you things if you ask haha The manager is kind, but compared with the director she recommends more things haha. If you go in wondering what to do, it feels like the director cuts things down for you. The facility is... the entrance is a bit of a maze, and because it is on a hill it is awkward to even get to the tower parking lot The inside is neat though. I regret not following what the doctor told me to do, so I wish I had more thoroughly discussed my concerns. I think forcing through something was a mistake in hindsight haha.. for example, the line shape? The eye surgery turned out well, but 5 years later one side has come undone When I asked about revision surgery, the cost was higher than the first time, so I am still thinking about it.
