I went for a consultation with Dr. J, and the consultation ended in less than 10 minutes. She didn't set any lines, said that with an incision she could remove 5 mm of skin and then do the surgery, and seemed to want to leave quickly because she said we'd set the line on the day of surgery. When I asked, 'Don't you set the line?' she said there was no point in setting it now, set it only once, and left. She explained in detail what it would feel like if I had the surgery, so I could decide either way, but when she suddenly said she'd tell me on the day of surgery, I had no trust in it.
