I was able to get a consultation right away without waiting. Before the consultation with the director, I first met with the manager, and the manager shaped the line for me, which I thought was a bit unusual. The consultation with the director was just about which method to use for the surgery, and it ended very quickly. So it doesn't really stand out much in my memory
