I explained the design I personally wanted to change, and the doctor also commented within a reasonable range on the harmony of my whole face and whether other parts I asked about would need plastic surgery. At first I was even thinking about facial contouring, but I came to stop thinking about it because I felt my own distinct features might become too faint.
