While waiting for the consultation, there were a few other people waiting. I overheard the desk staff joking with a bit of banter, saying, "What if everyone gets pretty because the people who had surgery successfully here spread the word?" and that made me trust them a little. When I met with the manager, they first measured the length between my brows and asked how I wanted to improve it. At first I said I wanted an outer line, but they said that line could feel too heavy for me and recommended a thin inner line instead. The director was also kind.
