I had my first nose surgery here. My bridge had always been low, so I wanted to put in a lot of silicone... I wanted more than 4 mm, but after surgery it looked lower than I expected, and when I asked, they said they had put in about 3.5 mm. If I could turn back time, I think I would have made my wishes much clearer. I want revision surgery, but the cost is the cost, so I am just going to live with it. Still, the doctor was skilled, so I did not have much swelling.
