Back in 2016, when I was at Item, I had nose surgery with a very small amount of silicone plus septal cartilage, and my nose became naturally higher rather than looking artificial. Even my parents, who were against cosmetic surgery, praised my nose a lot and said it was pretty! Even people who do not know I had nose surgery often compliment my nose by saying it is really pretty!
