I had nose tip surgery with ear cartilage 15 years ago, and because it was a naturally rounded bulbous nose, I was somewhat satisfied. But after going for an eye surgery consultation, I also got a consultation for nose revision and came back with a booking. We decided to raise the bridge with silicone and to raise the tip with donor septal cartilage and ear cartilage, but because my face is asymmetric, they said the columella or bridge might look slightly crooked. I have been doing a ton of searching because I am worried about other silicone side effects. If anyone has had surgery with Director Kim Jaewon at K Plastic Surgery, please share a real, non-promotional review.
