The K team was kind from the phone consultation onward~ Everyone was kind when I went for the consultation too. However, the consultation with the director was quite delayed But the director was very young and gave a long, detailed consultation, so I was grateful. And they said there are no side effects and that they take care of the after-service part well, which was nice.
