First of all, the doctor was very kind and gave a good consultation. Because of that I almost went ahead with nose surgery, but due to financial pressure I ended up only having alar reduction.. Even after the surgery, they explained clearly how it had gone, which I appreciated.. The surgical staff also treated me kindly.. However, since I only had alar reduction, there was no dramatic change, which was disappointing
