I had it done about 5 years ago. I did not really have much swelling after surgery, and it has held up well. I am not sure whether the line is pretty, but maybe that is just because of my eyes, haha. The canthoplasty also worked well. The fat grafting had quite a bit of swelling, and since it is still there to this day, I think it turned out fine. I only had the first round.
