They first take photos of your face and then do the consultation using those photos. First, you consult with the manager about the design you want, height, and so on, then you have a 15 to 20 minute consultation with the director. They draw the line and show you in the mirror, saying this is about how high it would be. They also show you what it would look like if you had a canthoplasty.
