I had a consultation for nose surgery with Director Kim Jae-won. Like another person mentioned, he explained things almost exactly like the content on YouTube, and it seems that he mostly does surgery using septal cartilage + ear cartilage + silicone. The director seemed confident, and the number of surgeries per day is limited, which I liked, but the price is too expensive.
