I brought a photo of my face, and the managers were looking at my photo and laughing and saying things... Sorry, but I saw everything, and I am not the kind of person who picks fights and makes a scene, so I let it go, but please do not live like that. And when I had the consultation with the director, they said they would only operate on one eye, which was completely baffling, and I do not even have mismatched eyes, so to say they would operate on only one side really destroyed my trust. Also, they spoke as if we should just go straight into surgery, which made me not want to do it even more. They pressure you to pay a deposit.
