I had only worried about it for 3 years before finally deciding to have surgery, and when I went for a consultation, the doctor honestly told me that if this were his own relative, he would strongly discourage the surgery, so I canceled all the other clinics. My nose is large, has a slightly wide tip, and also has a mild hump, so it is not a generally pretty nose, but he said facial harmony matters and that making it high unconditionally is not necessarily better, so I am reconsidering surgery. He also explained in detail the parts that cannot be corrected even with surgery and what surgery would involve. After the doctor consultation, the director also did not recommend any other surgeries at all, only answered my questions, and it ended cleanly, which I liked. The consultation fee was relatively expensive, but in my case it was definitely worth it. The surgery cost was honestly very expensive for a first surgery, but if I do have surgery, I still want to do it at [Clinic A].
