I had a consultation for about 40 minutes. The consultation directors were also quite kind. But I did not feel much expertise from the consultation director's counseling. Until I saw the chief doctor, it felt like small talk about my complex. Staff (half of them were kind, half were mechanically polite) Facilities (if you go, you will know, but the air freshener is unusual. It smells very strongly of perfume and is stylishly done. But once you actually go into the consultation room.. it is transparent, so it does not feel private. It is right in front of the waiting area, so it feels quite hectic.)
