I had a consultation in April 2023. It was my first nose surgery, but because I had previously had a non-open rhinoplasty for rhinitis, they said it would be counted as revision-surgery pricing, which was disappointing. I consulted with Dr. [Doctor A], and I liked how they carefully pointed out, one by one, what to be careful about when operating on my current nose. Showing me the shape directly with a cotton swab seemed like a better way to see what it would look like than virtual surgery.
