The director was very kind, just like on YouTube. The waiting time was short too. The consultation went 10 minutes with the director and 5 minutes with the manager. When I said I wanted upper canthoplasty plus double eyelid surgery, he recommended buried sutures, saying my eyes would be a waste to cut open. He did not ask me to take off my mask right away after the consultation started; we talked for a bit first, then I took off the mask and he checked the overall facial balance. The director is not the type to volunteer a lot of information on his own, but he answers my questions sincerely. When I asked about lower canthoplasty, he told me not to do it. I liked that there was no overtreatment. The manager did not tell me any basic information such as aftercare, only the price, so I had to ask. The price was good and everything else was fine, but there was one thing that bothered me: the fact that he is not a board-certified specialist.
