The consultation was not very professional.. It was just listening to my concerns, deciding on the design, and that was it. I did not even know what kind of silicone it was or how many millimeters it was, and I went home. After the consultation, I looked around on my own and the reviews did not seem that good, so I am planning to cancel even though I already paid the deposit.
