I had a breast surgery there around 2013. The director is famous and does a good job But back then it was cohesive gel, nowadays they say there is some micro something I think cosmetic surgery is better done later I wonder if the feel is better... It is noticeable when lying down, but does the micro Bella gel? thing also show when lying down..?
