It was the first time I felt bad during a hospital consultation. Without even listening to what the other person wanted, the director drew a face shape that they themselves thought of and unconditionally recommended the three-procedure package, which was rather absurd. I also waited a lot longer than my appointment time, so I don't really have any good memories.
