I’m writing this so you won’t go through the same complication I did. My chin tip is sunken in and there’s a step deformity, so anyone can tell I had chin surgery, and they said they would advance and lengthen the chin, but they operated the opposite way... They cut away too much, so the complication came on strongly, and another hospital said it was impossible to fix... They said the muscle lump on the front would go away after a year, but it’s been over five years and it’s still there.. my face sagged too... what are you going to do about my chin..
