I was satisfied with the shape and feel of my breast augmentation. The shape was natural and the feel was good too. The scar under the armpit was not very noticeable either. They inserted a larger implant than the size we had discussed before surgery, so it ended up bigger than expected, but I wanted a natural result, so that part was disappointing. The problem is nipple sensation. They said sensation would gradually recover after surgery, but 10 years have passed and I still cannot feel anything in my nipples or breast skin. It seems there was a lot of nerve damage around the breasts. It seems the nerves cannot be restored even with revision surgery, which is disappointing.
