I had non-incisional eye correction + lateral and lower canthoplasty. I know Dr. Kim Jeong-min has a lot of cases of non-incisional double-eyelid surgery, and it seemed like he performs the surgery very naturally, so I chose him. In the end, the surgery came out so naturally that even if you look closely, you can barely tell it was done. I recommend him for people who want something truly natural. I liked that the lateral and lower canthoplasty did not reattach, but personally I think a pointed outer eye corner shape is what looks natural, so since the line is round, people who know about these things might be able to tell I had lateral and lower canthoplasty, and that part is disappointing. From here on, these are complaints. On the day of surgery, the design time was way too short, and when I looked at the design drawn with the pen, I felt the thickness of the lines on both sides and the design were different, but I thought the difference must have been intentional because the sizes of my eyes and the strength of eye opening were asymmetrical, and that the doctor would know best, so I went ahead with surgery, but it really was uneven. The thickness and line of the double eyelids are different on both sides. The eye sizes are still uneven T_T Well, this is not a huge difference, and other people probably cannot tell, so it is fine. The problem is that before even one year had passed, the front part of one eye's line loosened a bit. It kept alternating between loosening and coming back, so I thought it would fully come undone soon and requested after-service, but when I visited the hospital they refused, saying I still had double eyelids so it had not loosened yet. At the first consultation, the manager said the after-service period was 2 years, but even though I visited before 2 years had passed, I could not understand why they would not do it. In the end, a few months later the front line came completely undone, and only the back line was barely holding on. At the first consultation, the consultation manager said aesthetic dissatisfaction was also covered by after-service, so because of that I chose this hospital despite its higher cost than others, but I was shocked by the consultation manager's sudden change in attitude when I went to request after-service. I expected they would not be very welcoming, but when I visited, they did not even listen to me to the end and kept cutting me off to say only what they wanted to say. (They said it would not be covered, so I said they had told me aesthetic dissatisfaction was covered too, why was after-service being refused? Then they changed their story and said aesthetic dissatisfaction was not eligible for after-service, and instead they even recommended adding medial canthoplasty, saying that if I was thinking about medial canthoplasty I should come back. After hearing that I was really speechless... But I thought I still needed to consult the director, so I did, and the director also refused after-service, saying it had not loosened yet.) And in the third year, the double eyelids on both eyes completely came undone. My eyes went back entirely to how they were before surgery. During pre-surgery consultation, the consultation manager was so kind, saying they would take good care of me, but on the day of surgery, after signing the consent form and during payment, I could not even spot them. I was given surgery-related explanations by a manager I had never seen before, went into the operating room, and when checking the progress after surgery, they never showed up once. I guess as long as the reservation is made, that is the end of it. I really want to tell people to avoid that consultation manager, but I forgot the name, so I cannot tell you.
