The factory-like feeling was very strong. There were a lot of foreigners and a lot of staff, but they just left me waiting for tens of minutes after missing me, and nobody even said sorry. I did meet the doctor, but while he explained things very well with just drawings of the nose, it felt a bit like talking to an explanation robot. Rather than explaining what was wrong with my nose and what would happen, he just said he would use the septum and ear cartilage for the tip of the nose and insert silicone... It felt like he was doing things in his own style rather than looking at each person’s nose shape, so I passed.
