The doctor, the staff, and the facilities are all kind. However, aftercare is weak, and the surgery is, to use an analogy, like engraving a logo on a bag, but instead of engraving a logo that suits each bag, they stamp the same logo on every bag. So the patient doesn't even properly recognize what kind of bag they have.
