It didn't feel particularly kind. They seemed very busy and strongly gave the impression of wanting to rush things, which was disappointing. They said there had been a side effect from eye correction surgery, but still said that if I wanted the result, it would be better to do it, so they seemed outcome-oriented and it didn't suit me. They spoke informally in the middle, which was awkward.. From the reviews, it seemed like their skill was good.. The manager was the type to just relay the message, and that was okay.
