I’m a man in my 30s, and it’s been about 8 years since I had nose surgery. 4 years ago, my nasal tip drooped, so I had revision surgery at the same clinic. But it still didn’t improve, so I’ve been thinking about it since last year. People say that once you’re in your 30s, women don’t care about appearance that much, like whether your nasal tip is drooping or lifted, but I keep feeling like dating isn’t going well, and I have a lot of good-looking friends around me, so I’m worried. Would it be better to do it, or should I use that money for something else?

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
