I had a consultation with Director Choi. As expected, they were professional and kind. They gave a really good consultation while considering my concerns and other things. The staff were also kind, and the clinic was clean. If the staff are too excessively kind, it can actually feel awkward, but they kept a good balance while still being kind. There is no need to say more; I think it is good. I already had surgery, but I am writing this after visiting and comparing places.
