Hmm.. I think I understand what they mean by speaking casually. They pointed out everything on my face too, saying this one is not right, this one is not right. But I went there to hear that kind of thing, so I was not offended at all and actually felt better. I think the previous comments are right that there is a lot of self-praise. Still, because of that, my expectations for the surgery did go up. They showed me a very old healed photo and explained things, and the results all looked pretty good.
