I went prepared for a sharp-tongued consultation, but surprisingly there was no criticism of my looks. For revision surgery, rather than giving detailed surgical explanations, they talked about what kind of image I would change into. They explained it mainly based on their own aesthetic standards. They said the surgery would be done under local anesthesia only.
