You need to have a base face!!!!! They really make you naturally pretty from a decent base face. I want contour surgery, but they raised my nose a little high to match my current face, so I am worried. If I get contour surgery somewhere else, it seems like the whole nose-to-face ratio would be ruined. Did the director think I would not get contour surgery? They did not make the nose sharp enough, and instead made it wide and high. That is the part I am a little dissatisfied with!
