He looks at the face as a whole. The director's small talk was a bit long, but after hearing it I felt like I understood the final quoted price. I recommend this for people who want to look at the overall harmony of the face. But because of that, I didn't get to hear in detail what exactly would be used to operate on my face... It felt a bit like, just trust us and leave it to us! If I do get surgery, I do think I would want to do it here. I liked that they pointed out the weak points of the face and pursued a natural look.
