I went to get a consultation for removing a nose implant, and the director was softly spoken and kind. But maybe because they thought the conversation would get long, or maybe because they were busy, I felt like they wanted to end the consultation quickly, and that part was a bit disappointing. Still, both the director and the manager were kind and seemed honest.
