I urgently requested a time change the day before my originally scheduled appointment, and when they said no, they said they would fit me in quickly and not charge a consultation fee, but I was already a little upset. They answer every question you ask, but the manager is sitting in the room too, so you feel self-conscious, and everyone seemed to be creating an atmosphere of wanting to finish the consultation quickly, which I did not like.
