The director seems to prefer safe surgical methods. Since it was a revision surgery, they said not to do osteotomy and recommended no implant, but when I said I was worried about the bridge getting wider, they recommended artificial dermis. They said there would be no functional side effects, but I am worried about absorption and the shape of the dermis. Also, there were no before-and-after photos at all, so I could not use them as a reference, which was disappointing.
