For 1-3 months after nose surgery, the nasal tip is really high. You shouldn’t think of that as your own nose. From the 4th month, it starts to look more natural, and although it’s still high, the nasal tip keeps dropping steadily (unavoidable when autologous cartilage is used). Even after about 1 year, I can feel it lowering little by little~ If your nasal tip was originally high, it probably won’t drop much~~ Right now it’s been about 1.5 years, and with septal cartilage, the nasal tip height is about midway between my original nose and my nose at 2 months post-op.
