I had an L-shaped implant placed and my nose ended up too high and lifted, so I worked hard visiting many places for revision surgery and got it done here. The aftercare was really kind and meticulous, to the point that I was moved. But after several years, the tip of my nose suddenly dropped a lot (the tip was only ear cartilage), so I went in for a consultation. They kindly explained the cause and, if I wanted, guided me on ways it could be improved. They said revision was possible at a very reasonable price (anesthesia fee).
