I had a complete nose removal surgery, but it felt like they just took out the silicone? The nose looks natural, though. But the tip underneath feels like it was not removed. The surgery did not take long, and the swelling went down quickly. But I wish I had asked them to make the nose a bit shorter; I just asked them to remove it, so it seems they did exactly that.
