The manager and the director were both kind. The director’s explanation felt a little lacking, but they answered well when I asked questions. Since it was a weekday, there wasn’t much waiting after the reservation, and they seemed to be the type to say clearly when something can’t be done. Still, the lack of review photos and similar material made me hesitate a bit.
