I went for a consultation about removing a nose implant. The doctor was extremely confident and answered every question in detail. I'd also been to about three hospitals for removal consultations, and this was the only one that said it could be done without open surgery. My nose tip is silicone with ear cartilage, and I was wondering whether to keep the tip, so they said they'd leave the tip and make new cartilage for however much the bridge would lower. And the anesthesia is sedation followed by local anesthesia, which may be a matter of taste, but I personally liked being awake during the surgery. It also made me feel more reassured.
